Our Offerings

A one-hour, wide-ranging technical discussion with your candidate

• We meet with you, the client, for each open position, so that we comprehensively understand your needs for the role, covering technical topics as well as the leadership, personality, and communication skills that you're looking for. 
• We put together a plan of topics to cover during the interview for your review, then we schedule the interview with the candidate.
• We record each video interview and make it available to you within hours of when it ends, and we provide an extensive writeup and multi-category scoring metric.
• We meet with you after the interview to ensure that any adjustments we need to make for subsequent interviews for the role are incorporated smoothly and immediately.

Technical deep-dives with a narrower focus

• Our domain experts bring years of experience to the table.  If you need to be certain that you have a front-end React whiz, a cloud services expert, a microservices maven, or more - we have people who can help.  
• We offer full and half-hour interviews, depending on the depth of understanding you're looking for.  Each interview is separate from our Core Interviews, and a single candidate may go through whichever Focused Subject Interviews you need, and you may even have them subsequent to - and contingent upon! - an assessment of their Core Interview.
• We are currently looking for interviewers for several technical areas, including front end web development and machine learning!

Our analysis of you - the candidate - in your technical interview

• We conduct half-hour interviews with you based on your resume, delving into your areas of expertise.  We then spend another half-hour discussing some of the ways you can improve your interview technique, and follow up with you with a detailed writeup of our feedback along with the video, including timestamps to denote areas of particular focus.
